Healing, Renewal and Peace

Chapelgate seeks to develop meaningful partnerships with missions endeavors both in the United States and overseas in order to be agents of healing, renewal and peace throughout the world. As a church we have decided to concentrate on six global partnerships, referred to by their locations around the world: Ukraine, Mexico, Ethiopia, Japan, and two countries in Asia. Within these partnerships, we seek to support church planting movements through mercy/justice ministries and theological education, and mentoring/counseling ministries.

Here in the United States, Chapelgate is heavily involved with mercy and community development ministies in the City of Baltimore. We also support college ministries on universities throughout our area.

Acapulco Mission Trip

We are beginning the process of finding a team for our annual trip to the Acapulco Children's Orphanage. The trip dates this year are July 18-25. We would love to hear from you if you are thinking about coming to serve the kids of the orphanage. It's an opportunity to love and serve children who in some fashion have been abandoned by their families. Please contact Scott Simmons if you are interested in coming with our team.
